Recruitment & Selection Process in Union Bank of India

The selection is based upon the marks that an individual scored in the Common written exam that issued by IBPS and through that only the other round of exam are conducted which include group discussion and personal interview. The Common written exam is been considered under 4 parts – numerical, general awareness, English language and analytical skills. The candidate who posses valid scores in this exam are made to be sent for next round of examination which is group discussion- where the analytical skill and problem solving skills of the applicant are measured by the staff of the Union Bank of India.

The successful completion of the GD round makes the candidate eligible for the personal interview and final round. The Union Bank mostly invite applicants for the post of specialized officer, clerk and probationary officers etc. To apply for specific post the individual have to download the application form that will be charged for Rs.100 for general category and Rs 50 for SC/ST and no other mode of payment is allowed.
