South Central Railway was augmented on 2 Oct 1966 as the 9th zone in Indian Railway. Through its year of commitment, now they are indulged with modern system that deals with mass transportation. This will help in fulfilling the requirement of passenger to major extent.  They are strategically situated at Southern Peninsula with Head quarter residing at Secundrabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
