Central Bank of India is inviting for recruitment from suitable and eligible candidates, who full fill all the criteria for the post of Faculty & Office Assistant on Contract Basis.

- Office Assistant
Required Age Limit :
- Faculty : 65 years
- Office Assistant : 35 years
Required Educational Qualification :
- Faculty : Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology / B.Sc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed.
- Office Assistant : Candidates Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.
- Faculty: Rs. 12000/- Per Month
- Office Assistant: Rs. 8000/- Per Month
Selection Process : Personal interview.

Emergence and Selection Criteria of Central Bank of India
The Central bank of India was established in the year 1911 as first commercial bank which was wholly managed by Indians. This bank was the dream of Shri Sorabaji Pochkhanawala who appointed Mr. Pherozesha Mehta as its Chairman to handle all the relevant functionality required to carry out important task. Among the public sector banks, the Central Bank is termed as all India bank due to its distribution of large networks in 27 States and also managing 3 Union territories in India.
They hold a very prominent place among the public sector banks on account of its 4214 branches and 26 extension counters handling various centers across the country. Even after getting nationalised in the year 1969, the bank has continued to adopt different innovative banking services. They have established a Merchant banking cell in 1976 and various other collection services that add benefits and better customer satisfaction. They are comprise of service like RTGS, Locker facilities, ATM services, mutual fund and CENT bill payment options etc.
The candidates can apply for the offered vacancies in Central Bank only when they match up with the eligibility criteria that include-Age limit which is specified along with every available vacancy and the relaxation has been made based upon the number of post. The selection of the candidates is based on Common Written exam conducted by IBPS for multiple vacancies of Central Bank of India. The candidates those who have secure minimum passing score in CWE are made to go through the next round that include GD and interview. The score are calculated for each Candidates State wise and Category wise by which highest rank holders are selected accordingly. The TWSS are calculated for every candidate individually after that the final merit list get displayed on the official site of CBI with the list of the candidates those who have secured the highest ranks.
